  • Onlynutra strives to ensure customers from various parts of the country receive their shipment on time.
  • Onlynutra will provide customers with an approximate date for the delivery and will ensure the shipment is sent out on time.
  • In case of delays in shipment, the customer can always contact Onlynutra.
  • All products are free shipped all over India and dispatched within 24 hours .
  • Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address provided at the time of Order.
  • If an email receipt is not received, contact Customer Care for verification .
  • We generally deliver products within 3 to 5 days of order received but be advised that shipping delays sometimes occur with our carrier, and are therefore beyond our control .Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for delivery.

Onlynutra strives to ensure all orders are sent out on time and all customers get their products within the speculated time duration. To receive your order on time, please ensure you provide us with complete billing details along with the correct pin code and telephone number. It is required for a person to be present to collect the order and sign the shipment receipt at the time of delivery. A customer might have to bear shipping charges if not present at the first attempt of delivery. It is advised to inform security/reception/neighbours about the expected delivery in order to avoid the extra shipping fee.
